Astral Projecting - From A Novice To An Expert

When you are new to astral projecting you will need to come to a deeper understanding of the process and to work through challenges before you can be successful. One of the first things you have to understand is that everyone has the ability to astral project. It is not a special ability or even something new that you have to learn. It is a natural ability, but you have to fine tune it. You need to perfect the skill and work with it to achieve success. It can be compared to riding a bike because even if you have not done it in a while, you still have the skill and can get started again with a little practice.

Perhaps the most difficult thing to do when learning to astral project is being able to relax your body and mind totally ” both are necessary in order to learn astral projecting. There are several different techniques which can help you to relax, including muscle and breathing relaxation methods.

Since relaxation is such a common challenge, it is important to understand that the environment can play a large role in helping you to relax. If your environment is relaxing then it will be much easier for you to relax. To help prepare and get the most from your efforts to relax here are some tips.

*Be aware of what you are wearing. Try to wear items that are not constricting and that will not distract you. Remove jewelry since it can be distracting.

*You should make the room you will be in dark. It does not have to be completely dark but when you close your eyes it should be dark without light being seen through your eyelids.

*Make sure that your body is oriented north to south; your head should be pointed north. If you need help with this, use the sun to get your berarings.

*Temperature is important. Make sure that your clothes do not make you too hot or too cold. You should also adjust the temperature of the room if you can so that it is comfortable.

*Make sure that there are no distractions. You want to be in a place where there will not be any noise for the whole time that you will be practicing astral projection.

*You can now move to relaxation where you will use the relaxation techniques that you have chosen to completely relax.

*Your session should begin with mental suggestions. These suggestions should enable you to remember what happens when you are astral projecting. Keep a pen and paper nearby so you can record your thoughts when you are finished. Whatever you remember can be helpful, so tell yourself that you will remember.

*Focus on proper breathing techniques the whole session.

*Also focus on the darkness before you as you go through the session.

*Move your focus to about a foot away and then to six feet away. Focus on this point and ensure that you focus first a foot away and then six feet away.

*Now create a line that runs from that point at six feet away parallel to your body. Go up from the point at a 90 degree angle and then create this parallel line.

You must continue to keep yourself focused. You can have better success in astral projecting if you keep these tips in mind. You must also have to maintain a hold of yourself as you will be able to do what you want if you maintain this hold so you will not be floating in nothingness.

It is possible through astral projection to talk to loved ones that have passed. You may be able to do things that you cannot do in real life. Physical limitations seem to be removed. Chances are you have already done astral projection, but just do not remember it since you did not control it. Many dreams are actually astral projection. Now you can do it on purpose and you can have control.

Oranges: The essential oils found in oranges were used by the Egyptians as an aphrodisiac and there was no greater temptress than Cleopatra. Known for ages for its arousal abilities, the fragrance of oranges may be the most potent of all the romantic scents. Use with caution! (Or wild abandon, the choice is yours.)

Juniper: This one comes from my own experience. Out of all the fragrances and body sprays that I have tried, this one had men stopping me in the street to compliment me on its fragrance (much to the displeasure of their dates!)

Shop for your scented candles meticulously, deciding on your favorite from the tips stated above. Use them to bring some extra romance to your date night and watch the sparks fly!

A Sleep Disorder That Affects The Legs - Restless Sleep Syndrome

Restless leg syndrome, called RLS, is a sleep disorder that afflicts greater than 15 percent of adults.

It is affecting more women than men and the occurrence of restless leg malady increases with age. Certain medical ailments, such as diabetes, arthritis and varicose veins, also increase the risk of developing restless leg syndrome. This sleep disorder is indicated by an unmanageable urge to move the lower legs, knees and oftentimes the arms. Occasionally painful sensations accompany the impulse to go. Those who suffer from this sleep disorder describe the feelings and sensations in various ways. Many describe a tingling, itching or pulling sensation. Still others say it feels prickly or burns. Some feel as if they have worms crawling under their skin.

The sensations which are typical of this sleep disorder can occur anytime in the daytime or night. Restless leg syndrome occurring at night has a harmful result on sleep. The symptoms and signs will cause the sufferer for getting in and out of bed repeatedly which can delay or affect sleep. Since sleep in continuously interrupted, extreme daytime sleepiness is typical.

The combination of always thinking tired and the symptoms them can cause any person with restless leg issue to change their lifestyle. Restless leg problem movements are voluntary responses to very uncomfortable sensations; the movements of periodic limb movement disorder are involuntary and are not consciously controlled. Both of these sleep disorders could be normally handled with medical treatment.

All Reality Is Merely The Power Of Mind

A commercial for the United Negro College Fund which aired frequently in the 1980s used the slogan ‘the mind is a terrible thing to waste’. We’re not talking about college educations here today, but this is a slogan which is absolutely true. Your mind has lot more power than you might think; and the power of the mind is indeed a terrible thing to waste. When you can access the power your mind contains, you can use it to change the world around you for the better.

You’ve certainly heard about the law of attraction; the idea behind the book and film ‘The Secret’. Whatever you put your mental energy toward will come to you is the message of the work. Whether you do so consciously or not, the power of the mind is such that you can make whatever you focus on happen, whether for good or ill.

In a way, you can see this effect at work in clinical trials where it is known as the placebo effect. It’s all about mind over matter. When you think about something; rather, when you believe in something, the power of the mind can make it happen.

We do this kind of thing to ourselves all the time. For instance, when you wake up thinking that this is going to be ‘one of those days’; and it turns out to be a bad day. It’s actually the power of the mind that causes this to happen.

The scientific evidence is starting to point towards the idea that there is a scientific basis for the power of the mind as well. One which is particularly intriguing is that matter exists only when there is an observer there to describe it (or rather, matter may be in one of several possible states until it is observed - or all of them at once). What this means is that human beings may be able to exert much more influence on their surroundings than has been previously thought.

There are scientists who are of the opinion that some of the things generally regarded as being supernatural phenomena such as ESP, remote viewing and astral projection may be explainable through science, although the way that they work is not yet entirely understood.

Even though you may not have really thought about it too much yet, the power of your mind can be the key to changing your life for the better. If you could use the power of your mind to make the universe work with you rather than against you, wouldn’t you want to learn how? Keep reading for some techniques which can help you to access your own mental potential to achieve your goals in life.

If you want to use the power of the mind to accomplish something, it’s best to have a specific goal; for example, if you’d like to become wealthy, set your mind on a specific amount instead of being well off in general. A specific target is easier to focus on.

By focusing on this goal and putting your mental energy towards your objective, you can make it happen - don’t be too surprised when your dream home goes on the market and your offer is accepted; and you even get just the right mortgage. It is the power of the mind which has made this come about, not simply good luck.

This is something you can do; something everyone can do. Believe in the power of your mind and you can achieve anything - set your mind on a small goal and work your way up to bigger and better things as you go.
